This is a 185 piece Ecru wooden jigsaw puzzle of Tomasz Pietrzyk's "Family House". The Ecru Puzzles line is
characterized by a closer cut and a matte finish to reduce glare. The puzzle design by Jef Bambas uses
quirky curves and an irregular edge. Despite there being no straight edge pieces, this is Artifact's easier
puzzles. The whimsies are playful, much like the colorful art. This is a great puzzle to do as a family, and
fun to do a few times over.
Made of 1/4" thick laser-cut wood and made in the USA. Packaged in a silver box with a magnetic clasp.

Founded in 2009 as an experiment in the economics of micro-manufacturing, Artifact Puzzles is an artisanal puzzle company that designs, makes, and sells artsy laser-cut wooden jigsaw puzzles. Based in Menlo Park, CA, just south of San Francisco, they produce puzzles using environmentally-friendly plywood and soy-based inks.Artifact Puzzles offers two lines of puzzles. The standard line has bright glossy prints that are maximally cheery, and reveal the unique puzzle designs. The newer Ecru line of puzzles has matte prints that reduce glare, and closer-cut pieces that do not highlight the puzzle design as well, but better display the puzzle's image.
With puzzles that span a diverse collection of art that literally puts you in touch with past, present, and imagined civilizations, their artists design a unique puzzle for every image, each design inspired by that image, to add charm and challenge to the puzzle experience.
