MOUNT TO THE WALL, OR STAND ON A SURFACE: This clock includes mounting hardware but also comes with a 1-inch stand that allows it to be propped up on a tabletop or counter. It measures 11 inches in diameter and is 2 inches thick.

ALL UMBRA CLOCKS ARE TESTED IN-HOUSE: Inside Umbra factories is a wall where every single clock is tested to make sure it ticks just right. It comes with mounting hardware and has silent sweeping quartz clock mechanisms.

MADE WITH NATURAL WOOD: This clock’s frame is made of a natural wood, which adds an organic element to its simple design. Rimwood comes in white/natural. The soothing look of wood in these colors transcends multiple decors; it looks great in kitchens, offices or as part of a gallery wall.

The Umbra Story:
UMBRA is a Toronto-based homeware design company born over 30 years ago when graphic designer, Paul Rowan, couldn’t find a nice window shade to hang in his apartment window. So, he made one and people liked it. He soon teamed up with childhood friend, Les Mandelbaum, and Umbra (in Latin, “shade”) was born. Les and Paul began reimagining everyday items into modern ware.

Today, UMBRA is recognized all over the world for bringing intelligent design to everyday items. An in-house team of international designers creates original design that speaks universally and personally to a broad customer base. The journey that started in Toronto continues—UMBRA designs can be found in over 120 countries.
