Scan Care Scand-Oil
Scan Care Scand-Oil is a non-toxic comprehensive woodcare product
designed to clean, polish and protect. It is the first choice for use on any
oil-finished lacquered or varnished woods. Recommended for the care of
fine furniture woods such as cherry, maple, teak, walnut and rosewood. It
may also be used for bowls, carvings, clocks, frames and woodenware.
Scand-Oil cleans by dissolving dirt, food and the residue of old polishes
or wax, leaving the surface clean and lustrous. Scand-Oil protects by
leaving and ultra-thin barrier of oil in the tiny pores of the finish on the
wood. On wood that is not sealed (traditional oil finishes), Scand-Oil
penetrates further and replaces the wood's lost natural moisture. It often
rescues bruised, burned or water-stained wood.
Scand-Oil is formulated from U.S.P. and food grade oils and is sandalwood
scented and non-combustible. It is safe for use on children's furniture
and connot harm pets. Scand-Oil is as pleasant and easy to use as a hand
lotion. It combines cleaning and polishing in one wipe-on-wipe-dry action.
